Terms and Conditions relating to Sale of Products
We are required to give you the following information:

- You have a right of cancellation as set out in these Terms
All descriptions and images of Products provided on this Website or otherwise communicated to you are for guidance only and intended merely to present a general idea of the Products. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the Products.
In preparing this Website, we have endeavoured to offer current, correct and clear information. However, we cannot guarantee that the information will be accurate, complete or current at all times and accept no liability for any reliance placed by any person on the information.
You agree that you use the Website entirely at your own risk.
Your order shall constitute an offer to us to purchase the Product/s specified in the order. At the same time you will authorise us to recover, through your debit or credit card, payments due to us. We will then confirm acceptance of an order by email and will notify you when a Product is ready for dispatch.
We reserve the right to at our discretion to decline to accept any order and/or to supply Products. This might be because the Product is out of stock, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the Product or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the Product, or, if you have already paid for the Product(s), we shall refund the payment.

Note: We do not sell Products for purchase online by children. If you are under 18, you may use this Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
We will do our best to ensure that our website is up to date. In the rare occasion that an item that you wish to purchase online is out of stock we will contact you via email or telephone. In the event that we cannot contact you, we will not supply a substitute product without your express authority. If you wish to confirm Product details or availability before purchasing, or have any queries regarding sizes, please call us and we will be more than happy to assist you.
The price(s) of the Product(s) shall be as quoted on the Website, except in the case of obvious error. All prices on the Website are inclusive of United Kingdom VAT and packing and exclusive of postage/delivery. Prices of products are given in Pounds Sterling and payment for orders will be taken in Pounds Sterling.
It is possible, despite our best efforts, some of the Products displayed online may be incorrectly priced. We will check prices before accepting your order.

Payment for Products will be taken before the item is dispatched. We will not charge your credit card until we dispatch the Products to you.
